JARED MAIERO

Hard work comes from dedication and passion. Jared Maiero has embedded himself in legal education for many years. A graduate of the University of Scranton, Jared completed his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice, a minor in Philosophy, and a concentration in Pre-Law. Maintaining a passion for law and a drive to work in the legal field, Jared then attended Villanova University, receiving his certification from the American Bar Association as a Paralegal. Jared Maiero, also known as “Johnny’s Right Hand Man”, is the Senior Litigation Paralegal for this firm.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Jared moved to Georgia in 2013 and instantly felt at home. Outside of the office, he is an avid comic book collector, world-traveler, and Disney fanatic.

Fresh-faced, and eager to embark on his professional career, Jared graduated from the University of Scranton, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree, Political Science. Jared also graduated with a minor in Criminal Justice, a minor in Philosophy, and a concentration in Pre-Law.

After taking the LSAT and being admitted to the Widener School of Law. Jared completed his first year of law school, but chose to put family before himself, and took a leave of absence. Jared still fully intends to complete his law school endeavor when the time is right.

Maintaining a passion for law and a drive to work in the legal field, Jared then attended Villanova University, receiving his certification from the American Bar Association as a Paralegal.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Jared instantly felt at home here in Georgia. He began working as an Intake Paralegal, where he was the initial point of contact for clients, and worked diligently to establish necessary case facts in order to ensure clients were served promptly and to build strong legal cases.

Jared quickly moved up in the ranks and began working directly for Attorney Johnny Phillips as a Litigation Paralegal, drafting legal documents, filing law suits, conducting serious legal research, scheduling depositions and mediations, and locating defendants and witnesses. As a result, Johnny turned to Jared with his vision for a new law firm and a better way to serve clients through excellent legal representation and requested Jared to become his Senior Litigation Paralegal.
